How To Bind A Function To Multiple Events In Jquery
Here we consider how to Bind A Function To Multiple Events In Jquery.
In Jquery, we can do this with Jquery on function.
We can use Jquery on - .on() to bind a function to multiple events.
For example Suppose we wants to bind keyup and keydown events on a textbox.
The textbox is having an ID txtEventID.
Now, we can bind Multiple events on this textbox as follows.
$('#txtEventID').on('keyup keydown', function(e) {
// e.type for which event is fired
});
We can add two or more events here for this textbox.
We can use JQuery on function for this purpose.
Inside On function, we can distinguish among these events by using e.type.
